Awesome is as awesome does, and Montreal's Think About Life do. Record number two sees this city's ultimate low-frills DIY party trio get down in a serious way, injecting their beats with mucho groove, soul, pop, disco and dirty funk. Family spews no irony, burning from the enthusiasm of lead-lifer and vocalist Martin Cesar's fantasy world lyrics and jet propulsions, while manic mastermind Graham Van Pelt is the ultimate musical puppet master, pulling the strings left and right, up and down, turning ear-candy synths and guitar licks into fine, fine wine.
