Oprah's new BFF hasn't been blowing away the critics with his latest, with the condemnations ranging from "smug and inane lyrics" to "most guests bring their B game" to that old chestnut "this isn't anywhere near (insert favourite album title)." They may have half a point, but this album has some huge hero-hook, big money bangers like Run this Town, Empire State of Mind and Already Home, and any problem you have with them is an academic one that your speakers don't care about.
